COBRA Anti Sway Coupler for 50mm trailer hitch ball- An option for your Cobra Glider trailer that helps prevent fish-tailing.  Friction pads work to suppress trailer instability.  Used more frequently in Europe and Canada than in the USA.  This unit was only slightly used on a glider trailer imported from Canada.  It was removed because of the use of 2" size hitch balls, primarily used here in the US.
